Operations Administrator

Position Overview
The Operations Administrator plays a key role in supporting the efficient and effective delivery of our Verdia projects and general operations within the business.

Key Responsibilities
You will:

Administer Salesforce and Sharepoint and provide support across Verdia.
Co-ordinate IT related enquires, liaising with our IT MSP when required.
Assist with the administration of RFQ’s and Contracts.
Assist with internal reviews in preparation of ISO audits.
Coordinate project delivery finances, reviewing partner invoices and liaising with the Project Delivery team to keep our financial tracking system up-to-date.
Provide customer support, assisting clients with warranty claims and service issues. Additionally, you will coordinate vendor rectification of issues.
Provide administrative support to the Project Delivery and Asset Management teams. For example, compiling O&M manuals, LGC documentation, weekly and monthly reports, purchase orders, permit applications, internal procedure documents, assisting with travel arrangements, etc.
General office administration such as ordering stationary.

What are we looking for?

Experience in Salesforce, SharePoint and Microsoft Office Applications.
Strong attention to detail and high levels of data entry accuracy.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Outstanding prioritisation and time management skills with an ability to adhere to deadlines.
Friendly and positive demeanor, with the ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Trustworthy and reliable.
Flexible and adaptable, ready to do whatever it takes to help the business and get the job done.
Passion for sustainable energy solutions.


Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards.
Previous experience in energy or construction is preferable, but not essential.
